The Opéra national du Rhin’s annual festival is all set to happen this year despite the pandemic. And with two installments instead of just one, there’s a lot to look forward to this spring! First, running from 20 to 28 March, the multi-strand Arsmondo Lebanon Festival goes online with a varied and fascinating program of events, all free to view via the OnR website. Expect premieres such as the new opera by Zad Moultaka, Haemon, performed concert-style in partnership with public radio station France Musique, as well as readings, talks and film screenings. Then from 3 to 15 June, Arsmondo Lebanon hopes to welcome you in real life to a series of events paying tribute to leading figures and commentators from the realms of architecture, art, film, literature and academia.

Full details of the program for this first installment of the two-part Arsmondo Lebanon Festival will be available online from Wednesday 10 March at operanationaldurhin.eu and on social media.
