Under the title “Perro Callejero” (Stray Dog), the young Alsatian plastic artist Fannes Andres has created a series of drawings inspired by the strange “waste pedestals” that line the streets of Buenos Aires. Andres created these works during an URRA artist residency in 2017 in Argentina’s capital.
