Simone Menezes

Italian-Brazilian, living in France since 2017, Simone Menezes is a visionary conductor recognized for her creativity and her innovative spirit, brilliantly mixing classical and contemporary repertoire. Simone was invited to conduct orchestras such as the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra de Londres, Orchester National d'Ile de France, Orchester National Symphonique du Brazil, Orchester Symphonique d'Osaka, Orchester National de Lille, Orchester National des Pays de Loire, the Orchester National d'Auvergne. Simone Menezes works regularly with the Philharmonie de Paris. Protected by Paavo Järvi, Simone studied conducting in Brazil, then at the École Normale de Musique in Paris.
