Ticket office will open on Monday
13th September 2010 for all performances.

Opening hours of ticket office
• from Monday to Friday from 10 h to 12 h and from 14 h 30 to 18 h 30
• Saturdays from 16 h to 18 h if there is a performance that evening or on the Sunday
• the ticket office will open half an hour before the beginning of the performance that day

Special Conditions

Reductions are strictly personal and granted on presentation of relevant documentation at the moment of purchase and upon entry
to the performance.
The number of places for which reductions are available is limited.

Up to 50 % reduction Young people less than 26 years old, job seekers, disabled people, staff employed by the City of Colmar 20 % reduction Groups of 40 people and more* 10 % reduction Groups between 20 to 39 people* Group reservations : +33 (0)3 89 36 27 91

10 % reduction for aditional performances Subscribers of the Opéra national du Rhin 5,50 € Holders of the Carte Culture Alsace (with seats in zones 3 or 4) * except for companies and special events

Methods of payment

Reserved tickets must be paid for within the week. After this time they will be released for sale once more. One week before the performance,
reservations will only be accepted on immediate payment.

You may pay by credit card, at the ticket office in person or by phone or online, by cheque (made out to the Trésor Public) or in cash.
Tickets cannot be refunded.
Should a ticket be lost or stolen, no replacement can be provided.
