• one hour before the beginning of the performance that day.

goers, on presentation of the opera ticket in the

Special Conditions

LReductions are strictly personal and will be granted on presentation of the relevant documentation when purchasing tickets and upon entry to the performance.
The number of places for which reduced rates are available is restricted and for certain performances no reductions are available..

Up to 50 % reduction Young people less than 26 years old, job seekers, disabled people, staff employed by the Communauté Urbaine de Strasbourg (CUS), holders of the Carte Saphir 20 % reduction Groups of 40 people and more* 10 % reduction Groups between 20 and 39 people* Group reservations : +33 (0)3 88 75 48 22

10 % reduction for additional performances Subscribers of the Opéra national du Rhin 5,50 € Holders of the Carte Culture Alsace or the Carte Atout Voir Limited quotas for categories of seats and numbers of places * except for companies and special events

Methods of payment

Reserved tickets must be paid for within the week. After this time they will be released for sale once more. One week before the performance, reservations will only be accepted on immediate payment.

You may pay by credit card, by cheque (made out to the Trésor Public) or in cash.
Tickets cannot be refunded.
Should a ticket be lost or stolen, no replacement can be provided.
You may exchange tickets, but no later than two days before the date of the performance originally chosen, depending on the availability of places in the same category and for the same production, and on payment of €5 per ticket to cover costs.
(Exchanges may only be made at the Box Office of the Opera House).).
