Performances will begin punctually at the time indicated, and the public will be admitted to the auditorium half an hour before performances begin.

So as not to disturb the public and the artists, latecomers will only be admitted to their seats at the interval. Until that time they will be invited to watch the performance on a screen in the foyer (this only applies to Strasbourg). Since the time at which each performance begins is clearly indicated on the ticket, no exchange or refund will be available for latecomers.

All operas will be surtitled in French and German. From some seats it is not possible to read the surtitles.

The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the auditorium. It is strictly forbidden to film or photograph performances.

Changes may occur during the season in the advertised programmes and cast. No exchange or refund will be granted in such cases.
Should the performance be interrupted more than half way through, no refund or exchange will be available.
